Grace UCC is on Facebook
I guess I neglected to mention there that we’ve created a Facebook group for our church. If you are on Facebook, feel free to drop by. I’ll try to create events in that group for special events at the church, so keep your eye on the events on the right-hand side of the page. A Pirate’s Life for We!
Lenten Sermon Series
In Sunday morning worship from March 8-April 5, our sermons will be about discernment. That’s a churchy word which simply (although its certainly rarely simple!) means trying to figure out what God’s will is for our lives. God would like to have some input on the choices we make – from what we eat (yep, God even says things about that), to…

Women are the backbone of our congregation and so for many years, we have celebrated the contributions of lay women in the congregation by having them lead the worship service. This…

December Pastor’s Pen
As I write, the lyrics to a popular Christmas tune have begun running through my head. “It’s the most, wonderful time of the year. With the kids jingle belling and everyone telling you be of good cheer! It’s the most wonderful time of the year.†While the joy detailed in this song is normally how I feel at Christmastime, this year I’m having a little trouble…
