Rally Day!!!
Come join us this Sunday morning at 9:30AM as we kick off our Sunday School program for the year. The adults will begin a program on The Art of Neighboring led by Tammy Townsend and Pastor Dennis. The kids will get the gifts that go with the Christian Education progression (Bibles, etc.). Everyone is invited.
Comparitive Religions: Islam
Most of what you’ve heard on TV about Islam probably isn’t true or only applies to a few on the lunatic fringe (every religion has them, including Christianity). For the next two Sundays, our adult Sunday School class will be studying Islam, what the Qu’ran really says and doesn’t say, and how Christianity and Islam are related. Join us at 9:15 in the Fellowship Hall.

Don’t forget to join us for our study of various religions which begins THIS SUNDAY! Â We’ll be studying Judaism for the first 2 weeks. Â Class begins at 9:15 am in the Fellowship Hall.

Is Christianity Different Than Other Religions? Do all religions lead to the same God? What are the core tenants of certain religions? Come explore ten religious traditions Sundays, March 15-June 21, 9:15 AM in the Social Hall. Religions studied will include Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, the Latter Day Saints, the Jehovah’s Witness, the Amish, Scientology, New Age and Chinese influenced Asian religions.

Folks, the summer is rapidly drawing to a close and it is time to start ramping up the fall activities. With fall comes the beginning of school and the return of Sunday School (and before too long Chicken Noodle). This Sunday morning, we’ll kick off the beginning of the fall season and the return of Sunday School for all ages at 9:15. Come join us.
