Let Justice Roll

Hate evil! Love good! Have compassion for everyone we meet. Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an everflowing stream. A song of peace for their land and for mine.

The Dance of The Ages

We are part of a long line of people of faith who followed Christ. Through Jesus, God showed us how to be human. They demonstrated a love that shows up. We reorient our living to reflect the best of those who came before us.

Stewardship

Is it a miracle or is it sharing? The community came together an no one went hungry. The sharing is the miracle. The steward must use the resources as God wishes, not as they themselves may wish.

Whose Glory?

What you have doesn’t make you worthy, even each breath you take is a gift from God. Our accomplishments aren’t bad, but it isn’t about us.

The More You Know

To know God is about more than just reading the Bible from cover to cover. It is to recognize God moving in your life. A deepening relationship with God will move us to a deeper relationship with those around us. We are called to stand up, the injustice can’t be allowed to stand, it will not hold water.

It is Good to Be Seen

Jesus calls us to see those who aren’t seen by community. What child of God have we not responded to today? How can we welcome them and, in the process, make ourselves whole?
