 Womens Guild Year End Report
January 2025We entered the new year with 6 members, and hopeful to add
more. Suggestion made to purchase real/artificial plants for the
alter, add back the candelabras and seasonal banners, will check with
Pastor Keith first. Agreed WG would take over inventory and cost of
supplies for kitchen cleaning, paper products, and coffee. Officers
Secretary: Joyce L. Treasurer: Joyce H. Council Rep: Nancy A.
February 2025Met at church helped Worship Board clean out closet.
Pastor Keith said no to plants and banners.
March 2025Cookie Walk total was $676, which was given to the general
budget 2024. Prepare letter to go out to all women of Grace for yearly
donations. Approved donating quarterly $25 to one of our local
needs,1st qtr to Lighthouse, 2nd qtr Habitat, 3rd 4th qtr TBD.
April 2025Met at church stamped, stuffed envelopes and mailed out
letters to all Grace Women. Create inventory list of supplies-Sherry
C. volunteered.
May 2025Sherry to count inventory in July.
June 2025We received total of $940 from the letter we sent out, thank
you to all who helped with the letters and to those for their
donations.
July 2025No meeting was scheduled, but the flooding of Harcum House
inspired us to donate $500, through email this was approved.
August 2025No meeting
September 2025Purchased $25 gas card (from Jack's list) for 3rd qtr
giving to Lighthouse
October 2025Approved WG treasury balance never go below $2500. Is
there anyway WG can help during Pastor Keith's sabbatical TBD?
November 2025Cleaned (scrubbed) Kitchen, Doug to take out trash and
mop floor at our request. Clean Windows inside TBD
December 2025Issues $100 to Foundation Dinners per their list, is our
4th qtr giving. Approved $50 gift card to Sandy, Joyce H. to take care
of this. Sherry Jones will be taking over as Treasurer in January. We
thank Joyce for all her years of service to WG in this position.
