Subject: August Meeting

 Good Morning All, 
 Since we did not meet in July, just checking what everyone would like
to do for August. The newsletter had the wrong date it's the 4th
Thursday of each month which would be 8/28. Let me know if that date
is good for all. 
 The discussion for this month revolves around the flooding that
Lancaster area has experienced this past weekend. We all saw pictures
of the Fido business, but a little known need for the Harcum House has
gotten little attention. They are a children's advocate and are in the
process of moving to a new building, with the plan to use the existing
furniture which has now been ruined due to flooding (they are located
in the Kroger parking strip mall) of the Kroger parking lot 2x. I
would like you to consider making a donation of $100 or $200 to them
from Womens Guild. If you need information on what they do, they have
a web site you can research to make an informed decision on our
donation.  
 If we do not meet, would you all consider the donation and let me
know, so we could proceed with the donation.
