<div>Thanked all who helped with Melissa's funeral. A discussion was then held regarding Marilene's health. She needs others to always load/unload her car and barely makes it to the dinner in time. She seems reluctant to give up the entire prep and we do not want to exclude her, however since WG is currently buying all paper products and each brings a side dish, which she then turns in a bill for items she purchased to WG, this step could be saved. It was also discussed that a standard set menu could be set up. We would like to suggest Pastor Keith become involved in this discussion and assist in this transition, as we definitely want her to remain involved. Tabled for another date.</div>

<div>The next discussion we held regarding filling in the office for Sandy's much deserved vacations. The main issue is due to this summer as Pastor Keith will be gone for the 3 month sabbatical and Sandy has 2 weeks scheduled. There are several</div>
<div> issues we need approved/resolved and are as follows:</div>
<div>None of us have keys or codes to enter the building</div>
<div>Several feel a little unsafe being there alone</div>

<div>The alternative is no one be there and have a recorded message on the phone which has it's own issues:</div>
<div>Who will check and bring in the mail</div>
<div>Who will retrieve/review for phone messages</div>
<div>Why is it only WG responsible for filling in, all of us volunteer as schedules permit, but we could use more volunteers</div>

<div>Our discussion is leaning towards closing the office for the 2 week period, checking on Sundays (and counting offering after church) on anything that may need addressed. This is just for this summer as it presents unusual circumstances that rarely happen that they are both gone at the same time.</div>

<div>We will abide by Councils' decision, please give it your prayerful consideration.</div>

<div>We have set 8/27 August Meeting for cleaning the Fellowship Hall, wood need washed down and windows cleaned (will talk to Doug he may be responsible for windows), take paper products inventory. Lunch TBD</div>
